Cabrini Terrace is located in Upper Manhattan in an area called Hudson Heights.
In recent years the neighborhood has become a haven for families because of the parks, playgrounds and the excellent PS 187 school that are all within walking distance.
The Cloisters Museum, one of the area's best known attractions, is also just a stroll away.
Cabrini Terrace offers a wonderful living environment for everybody. We have 24-hour door staff and video security for the safety of residents along with a large laundry, a community room and a lawn that's perfect for summer picnics.
In 2014 we installed brand new windows in every apartment and built a new roof. Residents also have access to very fast Internet speeds - upload and download.
There is a parking garage on site for vehicles and a bicycle room. The George Washington Bridge is only minutes away making a weekend getaway on any kind of wheels an easy feat to achieve. The GWB terminal itself is being rennovated and will soon be home to a new shopping mall.
Cabrini Terrace has its own 50 kilowatt solar panel array, the largest private installation in the city. It's a major reason why we enjoy one of the smallest monthly maintenance bills of any co-op in the area.
We love living at Cabrini Terrace.
We hope you will too!
